Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • Granulated Garlic [cite: 40]
  • Crushed Red Pepper [cite: 41]
  • Dried Thyme [cite: 42]
  • Chopped Celery [cite: 43]
  • Onion [cite: 44]
  • Bell Pepper [cite: 45]
  • Hot Sausage [cite: 46]
  • Smoked Sausage [cite: 47]
  • Chicken Breast [cite: 48]
  • Crushed Tomatoes [cite: 49]
  • Chicken Stock [cite: 50]
  • Rice [cite: 51]
  • Shrimp; cleaned and deveined [cite: 52]

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a large pot. [cite: 54]
  2. Add onions, bell peppers, celery, and all seasonings. [cite: 55]
  3. Cook and slice the hot sausage. [cite: 56]
  4. Add hot and smoked sausages, and chicken; cook for 10 min. [cite: 57]
  5. Add crushed tomatoes and chicken stock; bring to a boil. [cite: 58]
  6. Add rice and shrimp; cover and simmer. [cite: 59]

Ingredients

  • Light Rum [cite: 30]
  • Dark Rum [cite: 31]
  • Fresh Lime Juice [cite: 32]
  • Orange Juice [cite: 33]
  • Passion Fruit Juice [cite: 34]
  • Simple Syrup [cite: 35]
  • Grenadine [cite: 36]

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
