Jambalaya & Hurricanes
Ari Shaffir and Sean Patton join Bert Kreischer to cook up a massive pot of Uncle Terry’s Jambalaya paired with classic New Orleans Hurricanes.
Jambalaya
Ingredients

- Granulated Garlic [cite: 40]
- Crushed Red Pepper [cite: 41]
- Dried Thyme [cite: 42]
- Chopped Celery [cite: 43]
- Onion [cite: 44]
- Bell Pepper [cite: 45]
- Hot Sausage [cite: 46]
- Smoked Sausage [cite: 47]
- Chicken Breast [cite: 48]
- Crushed Tomatoes [cite: 49]
- Chicken Stock [cite: 50]
- Rice [cite: 51]
- Shrimp; cleaned and deveined [cite: 52]
Steps
- Heat oil in a large pot. [cite: 54]
- Add onions, bell peppers, celery, and all seasonings. [cite: 55]
- Cook and slice the hot sausage. [cite: 56]
- Add hot and smoked sausages, and chicken; cook for 10 min. [cite: 57]
- Add crushed tomatoes and chicken stock; bring to a boil. [cite: 58]
- Add rice and shrimp; cover and simmer. [cite: 59]

- Fresh Lime Juice [cite: 32]
- Orange Juice [cite: 33]
- Passion Fruit Juice [cite: 34]
- Simple Syrup [cite: 35]
- Grenadine [cite: 36]
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
