Mini Monte Cristo Sandwiches
Ingredients
- White sandwich bread [cite: 129]

- Sliced Swiss cheese [cite: 132]

Steps
- Remove crusts and flatten out bread with rolling pin. [cite: 141]
- Top with one slice ham, one slice turkey, and one slice swiss cheese. [cite: 142]
- Roll sandwich to form a log; slice into 3 pieces. [cite: 143]
- Put prepared sandwiches in the fridge to set up. [cite: 144]
- Heat Crisco in big blue pot for deep frying. [cite: 145]
- Make the batter by whisking eggs and milk, then add pancake mix, cinnamon, and salt. [cite: 146, 147]
- Dip sandwiches into batter; deep fry until golden brown. [cite: 148]
- Dust with powdered sugar and make the football laces using raspberry jelly. [cite: 149]
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients

- Cream cheese [cite: 156]
- Shredded white cheddar cheese [cite: 157]

Steps
- In a cast-iron skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. [cite: 160]
- Add shredded chicken and Frank’s Red Hot; simmer until the sauce has reduced by half, 2 to 3 minutes. [cite: 161]
- Turn off the heat; stir in lemon juice, sour cream and cream cheese until combined. [cite: 162]
- Sprinkle shredded White Cheddar Cheese over the top. [cite: 163]
- Bake at 375° until bubbling around the edges and the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes. [cite: 164]
- Immediately garnish with ¼ cup blue cheese and chopped chives. [cite: 165]
Scotch Eggs
Ingredients

Steps
- Place eggs in a small saucepan; add cold water to cover. [cite: 173]
- Bring to a boil; remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 3 minutes. [cite: 174]
- Carefully drain, then fill pan with ice water to cool eggs. [cite: 175]
- Gently crack shells, carefully peel, and chill in cold water until cold. [cite: 176, 177]
- Form sausage into thin patties and wrap around each soft-boiled egg, sealing to enclose. [cite: 179, 180]
- Dip sausage-wrapped egg into flour, coat in egg wash, and roll in corn flakes. [cite: 182, 183, 184]
